We are looking at making a room that is tiled suitable for our home exercise, weights, and yoga mainly.
I was looking at getting a gym floor laid in the room but the room is not square, it's angular and seems like a big fuss.
I am considering getting a sizeable thick exercise mat instead. It would need to be non-slip so it stays still on the tiles.
A yoga mat alone doe not give enough cushioning for the knees etc
Any ideas?
