Trying to build a healthy habit of a quick 10 minute yoga before morning coffee.

What are the best coaches or clips to follow please?

Thanks

My wife has been watching Sara Beth on YouTube for a couple of years - usually does one or two 10 min videos or a 20 min video. Her needs are related to sciatic pain, her prolapse and attempts to improve her core strength - she didn't have stuck at it for so long unless she felt she was benefiting - she's a hard person to impress so I'd suggest you check her out. Yoga with Uliana has a lot of 10-15min sessions including 30 day challenges.

She's clear to follow and it's nice, straightforward yoga with no ego.

Yoga with Kassandra is the best out there
Yoga with Bird, more gentle

Kassandra is the one I had found actually and I like it so good to know she is rated.

I feel like you get quite a lot out of a ten minute Kassandra session, some others you’re left feeling like you’ve done nothing at all.

Another vote for Yoga with Kassandra. I love all of her videos, especially her intermediate ones and yin yoga sessions. I'm also doing her latest 30-day morning yoga challenge at the moment. They are all 10 minutes so the perfect length for my morning break. And I agree with pp that you really feel like you get a lot done in ten minutes because her sessions are so well structured.

These sound just the thing I am looking for, thank you

I like Kassandra too. Adriene is also good but she waffles quite a bit.

Julie Reppel - loads of short mobility workouts, I find targetted mobility workouts far more effective than any of the yoga sessions I followed for years.

Plus, no talking, just a timer on screen so you can listen to something else while performing the movements.
