Im stuck in a bit of a rut, haven’t properly exercised in ages. I remember when I used to go swimming regularly and I felt so good for it. The last few times I’ve tried to start though with a home workout or a run I always feel crappy after like I’m about to come down with a cold! Is this normal?! I really like walking so already go for a 30-45 mins fast ish walk 4 times a week but I know that’s nothing really. Can you help me get my motivation back again?! I felt my fittist in lockdown!
