What 90 day challenge can I follow that will really give results? If I don't start something I'll be miserable.
Is Joe Wicks good? Expensive? Achievable for someone out of shape?
I have access to a rowing machine, I've got lottie murphy pilates but not sure if it's enough. I just want to make a difference.

75 day hard is as the title suggests, really hard, but imo it works well. Depends what your actual aims are / how healthy you are normally / what your lifestyle is like.

It depends on what your goals are. If it’s weight loss, focus on food more than exercise.
If you want to build muscle, focus on lifting weights.

Fat loss is main goal, but when fat is stripped back, it'd be nice to have some shape underneath and keep strength.
I'm unfit really, need to start from scratch.
