Would 15 mins of weight training a day have any impact if I did it consistently?

Literally this. I have 15 mins I could devote to a home based weight training regime on weekdays. Possibly one 15 min in the morning and one in the evening depending on what the kids are up to and what time I’m trying to get to bed.

Would that have any impact if o was consistent and if it would any recommendations?

thank you.

Absolutely! I do one of the Caroline Girvan Iron series most days - these are 30 min dumbbell workouts (free on YouTube), but there’s rest periods between each exercise, so the actual time I’m working out is much less than that. I’ve seen a huge difference in my muscle tone as a result. I use 5kg dumbbells but occasionally use 3kgs for some exercises. When I can finish the workouts without that jelly-legged/armed feeling I plan to then buy some 7.5kgs.
