I'm slightly overweight and not very fit so want to kick start a healthier regime both food and exercise wise. Considering the 30 day shred? Has anyone tried this?

I've done the workouts in several occasions but only made it to 30 days once! It definitely improved my fitness and I noticed a real difference in muscle tone when I did the full 30. I was very stiff and sore for the first few days every time I started but it got easier fairly quickly. Hope it's going well if you've already started it!

If you are burning more calories than you're consuming whilst doing the programme, then it will work

I did it years ago from a DVD and it was the fittest i’ve ever been, i was so fit and yes i lost weight.

Does anyone know if she does it online now or is it still a DVD?

I love it as well! Had it on DVD for the build up to my wedding then lent it to someone and never got it back. So I now have it from Amazon Prime, never managed it every day but even every other seemed to make a difference

Thanks for all your advice. For a few reasons I’ve not been able to start yet but I’m going to try to give it a go every other day to begin with. This will be more achievable I think!
