Hi
I joined today (3 months free trial) and I'm after some recommendations for classes/trainers that are good for beginners.
I have got the absolute beginners 10/20 mins classes saved, and having done the strength and hiit 10 min classes I know I'll skip any 10 min classes going forwards, as although my fitness level is very low I found them to be a waste of my time.
Just wondering what I should try after these.
