Beginner programmes using the machines at the gym

Gosh, long title!

Can anyone recommend somewhere to find a programme which uses the strength machines at the gym?

I am a beginner and I am waiting for some pt sessions hopefully (new gym, pts getting a lot of requests). In the meantime I want to do some stuff myself and feel a bit more comfy on the equipment as I think I'm less likely to get bad form.

A lot of the apps I have seen are free weights/body weight so just wondering if anyone can recommend anything else.

Following! My instructor said do 8 reps then build to 12 then increase weight. He said could do 1 session on all muscle groups , or 2 sessions with 1 on legs and 1 on arms, or 3 sessions with 1 on both, 1 on arms and 1 on legs. Depends how often you want to go really. I like the idea of varying what you focus on as limits injury risk. He said start on machines for a month or so before doing free weights.

I'd book a PT for free weights as I am new to it.

Has your gym actually showed you how to use the machines? As that is important otherwise you could set it up wrong.
