Spinning class

If you are quite unfit and trying to get back into exercise... would it be too much to attend a spin class?

I've never done one before so I don't know what to expect.

it can be very full on but the beauty is that you can put as much effort in as you want by turning down the resistance if your bike / taking a rest if you need to. If you have a gym that does an RPM class (les mills class) try that. Shorter bursts of activity in my experience.

it’s a great way to get fit though and warning, you may get hooked!

It'll be fine. If you struggle then turn the resistance right down and just keep your legs moving
I adore spinning and bought a peloton Blush

Oh that's very encouraging thank you!

Be careful you don’t have resistance too low it can hurt joints etc. it should have a bit of push back ( nothing crazy or too hard) love spinning though especially when it’s done!
