So four months of procrastinating and I've finally bitten the bullet and today done my first workout. I've read so much about the Caroline Girvan workouts but they looked way to hardcore for me so starting at the very beginning. It was bloody hard and my legs are shaking but I did it 
Beginner is 5 workouts over the first week then I think progressing onto EPIC I and it would be great to have a buddy to spire each other on. Anyone fancy joining me?
