I need to lose a stone and tone up, 5"4 and 10st 10. Can anyone recommend an accessible online work out, preferably YouTube, that I can do daily to go alongside walking and calorie counting please? Thanks!

Diet is the key (the saying "you can't out run a bad diet" exists for a reason.

That said, exercise is terrifically good for you in its own right (body, mind and spirit). So have a look at the FitnessBlender channel on YouTube - oodles to choose from

The best form of exercise is the one you'll actually do - so what have you liked in the past?

Thanks for your reply! This is definitely in conjunction with diet, am so wobbly that I want to tone up as well as burning off calories. What worked for me last time I had to lose was walking. Lots of walking, I used to do around 15,000 steps a day as I could walk to and from work but don't have that opportunity now due to wfh and young DC, so I'm either stuck at my desk, or having to look after DCs. So I thought that a 20/30 min work out I can do at home would boost my movement.

The youtube channels I like are:

The Body Coach
Oliver Sjostrom/No Bad Addiction
Olivia Lawson
FitByMik
Rebecca Louise (but with volume down 🤣)

I have toned up quite a bit from doing these workouts!

I've just recommended this YouTube channel on a different thread

Kim Saha - YouTube

because she has a good range for runners. But since lockdown she seems to have branched out. See if you like the look of any of them

The Fit-on app is good. Loads of styles of workouts to choose from and all free. I play them through an app on our tv. I've had a bad back this week so have gone on to their yoga section and working at home from a desk section to find workouts I can still do without injuring myself further.
