I am looking to start using Caroline Girvan's workouts - I have watched some and think they will suit me. I am just not sure which ones to start with.
I am an experienced (overweight) exerciser but definitely prefer lifting weights to cardio but appreciate I have to do some cardio so am ok with short bursts.
There seems to be quite a few series (which is my preference - to work through an entire programme rather than random workouts) so which series is best? Is there one that is not quite as advanced as others?
Any advice would be welcome 🙂
