Spin bike

Hi all

I bought a spin bike a while back and i just haven't had the motivation to get on it.

I now need to lose around 2 stone and I'm in the mood to get going.

Can anyone recommend a You Tube class for beginners.

I like cycling and therefore during lockdown I hire a spin bike. I used much more cycling related classes

6 and there have different times and different instructors

I used to do a 40/50 minute session first thing and then a 20 minute session or pick a 30 minute session and see how long I lasted in the evening

It's not YouTube but Les Mills have spinning classes on their app. I do a class called "the Trip" at the gym but don't have a bike at home. I've been thinking about possibly getting one for home as I can't always get down to the gym.

I think you can get a 4 week trial if you are new.

I am just about to start using my spin bike again to reduce the 3 stone I have managed to put on since the first lockdown so these suggestions will be very helpful.
