Adjustable dumbells - very small hands

Am thinking of buying some adjustable dumbbells for home use. I am fairly strong so want some that go up to 20kg but I a 5 foot 1 with absolutely tiny hands. I can struggle with picking them up (but not the weight per se). Does anyone have any recommendations for adjustable dumbbells that might work if you are very small?

I have Bowflex but I think they would be too big for you in every dimension. I am 5'10". The grips are fine for me but are quite large and the length of the things can be really quite awkward. So avoid those - it's a shame as they are super dumbbells.
