Swimming and Hair!

I've been swimming 3 times a week for the last couple of weeks and my hair is really struggling with the chlorine. Does anyone have any recommendations for products/shampoos etc that might help.

I wet my hair at home and use Philip Kingsley swim cap on my (keratin treated) hair under an actual swim cap it also doesn't slip off then use all the olaplex stuff haters gonna hate there's also the tri hard range who keep emailing me have a look. I'm a regular swimmer coz it's my favourite exercise 🫡
