Since January, I’ve increased the amount of exercise I’m doing from 1-2 sessions per week to 4 or 5. I like classes and do a mix of spinning, dance, boot camp and pump, I’m finding my knees are getting sore if I do too many classes with weights and I’m struggling, particularly with lunges yet I’m fine running and jumping. I’m not lifting very heavy weights, no more than about 10kg in total but often less. I’m a bit too shy to ask about it in the gym, does anyone know what I can do to help myself?
