My left side is significantly weaker than my right side. Example I can flip from a low lunge to wild thing pose easily on my right side but if I try on my left not only do I get out of breath but I often fall over because I am so weak on this side.
Unsurprisingly I have the advantage of more flexibility on my left side than my right side.
How can I even this out? I expect that it is normal to a degree but it's very frustrating.
If interested here is the work out video I was doing. Most of the lunging and flipping poses I did easily on my right but on my left found myself crashing to the floor or having to stop to take breaks.
Any advice for how to fix this?
