Workout dvd?

I am so out of shape. Not visibly 'big' but a lot bigger than I am naturally and horribly unfit.

I can't go to thr gym as I am the only adult at home and we have no room for a treadmill etc so I was wondering about a fitness dvd.

I used Jillian whatshernames 30 day shred after having DD and had some decent results but I can't find the dvd anywhere.
Before I order it again, is there anything that is better?
I liked that it wasn't a long session but that it built up.
Any suggestions would be brilliant.
Thanks

Not a dvd but Les mills is good. £6.50pm for access to loads of different workouts. I have it on my phone and then mirror screen onto the tv

30 day shred is all on YouTube if you want to do it again. Lots of other Jillian Michaels stuff too.

I like fitness blender - a mix of weight training, HIIT and Pilates

Caroline Girvan all free on YouTube

Download the peloton app - it's free for 30 days so you can see if you like it before paying anything. There are thousands of classes to choose from, including loads that need no equipment - eg bodyweight strength, yoga, barre, hiit cardio and outdoor walks. Personally I always got really bored with workout dvd's and much prefer never having to do the same workout twice!

Meant to say, I can't cast to the TV. For some reason the function has stopped on either my phone or the actual TV.

I do quite like doing to same workout more than once. I'm not all that sporty, so seeing myself get better at the workout helps to keep me going.

I really need to pull my finger out. Sitting here eating a white chocolate orange is not helping matters.

I only use YouTube. Growingannas or popsugar. Mostly growingannas now though, I really like her stuff.

You can buy the 30 Day Shred on Amazon video @CoconutJamSpongeAndPinkCustard - so if you can watch Amazon on your TV you can have it there, I think it was about £5.

I have it on my Amazon video as I lost the DVD. Three times Blush

I wouldn't bother purchasing any other DVDs when there are now SO many Youtube workouts. If you don't have a smart TV or can't cast to your TV, just buy a streaming stick to plug in.

I loved 30 Day Shred when I did it years ago and it properly helped me to kickstart my fitness journey, but nowadays, Youtube is saturated with videos that are much better and much more exciting.
