Hi everyone, I want to start exercising again but would prefer to start inside and build up some stamina.
I’m 53, overweight, menopausal and have started to get very breathless after normal everyday activity (stairs, fast walking etc). I need to reclaim my fitness!
I cannot do lunges or anything that puts strain on my lower back.
I’ve looked at Zumba and liked it and wondered if there were any online classes people could recommend?
