Help!

Am late 40's mega stressed due to life events and job. I NEED to get back into exercise really badly.

What did you do to start again? Am thinking swimming, yoga, walking...

Any other ideas to get motivated would be hugely appreciated 🙏

There's walks with music, yoga, stretching, bodyweight, weights etc and you can use a phone or stream to TV
Select difficulty, time etc and there's even 10 min barre classes
I gain nothing but it's the best thing I've ever done

If you're short on time it needs to be practical and also something you enjoy. I think walking is an amazing place to start. Headphones on, great podcast in your ears, explore the great British countryside!

I’m tempted to have a go at Betty Rocker’s 15 minutes a day for 30 days course (she says she builds in rest days/low intensity stuff like yoga) . Has anyone tried it?

I do walk every day as have a dog. Just looking for something a bit more sweaty I guess.
