After whinging about my appearance for longer than I remember I have eventually signed up to a fitness class.
I plan to go around twice a week to begin (and to fit around kids!) but I'm so nervous! I don't want to be the rubbish/unfit one 
I'm 5'4 and weigh around 11st. Ideally I'll like to be about 9.
Hope I can stick to it. Anyone else on a fitness journey? Need to stop picking the leftover Christmas chocolates.....
