Bodyfit by Amy

Is there anyone out there who has been following the bodyfit by amy challenges? How long have you been doing them for and what changes have you noticed?

I've been doing her monthly challenges since September doing 3/4 sessions a week and whilst I feel a bit fitter I don't feel like I have toned up very much at all. I have 5kg dumbells and 6kg/12kg/16kg kettle bells.

I do enjoy the workouts but I want to tone up a lot more. Should I try something else?

Diet wise I'm aiming for more fibre and protein in my diet.

I like Bodyfit by Amy, but I have mainly switched to Heather Robertson now as I find her workouts to be more effective. I do like the fact that Amy's workouts are fun and go by quickly, so I still do the occasionl one when I want something a bit different (e.g I wanted to do some cardio yesterday that wasn't very intense because I was tired so I did one of her kickboxing workouts)

If you want to see progress then I would really recommend Heather Robertson. She started a new twelve week programme on Monday but has shorter programmes as well and lots of good standalone workouts. Her kettlebell videos are very good.

Just to add, when she isn't doing a twelve week programme she uploads monthly calendars on YouTube that are really good to follow if you want a decent consistent programme.

I love her channel, I did it for around 3 months now use Hasfit who I really like.

Body fit by Amy helped me lose 2.5 stone in 3 months. I did her videos 3-4 per week
