Is there anyone out there who has been following the bodyfit by amy challenges? How long have you been doing them for and what changes have you noticed?
I've been doing her monthly challenges since September doing 3/4 sessions a week and whilst I feel a bit fitter I don't feel like I have toned up very much at all. I have 5kg dumbells and 6kg/12kg/16kg kettle bells.
I do enjoy the workouts but I want to tone up a lot more. Should I try something else?
Diet wise I'm aiming for more fibre and protein in my diet.
