Hi, as a first time mum who’s recently started taking up exercise again I’ve realised that there are not many options or specialised classes for new mums (in my area at least). Has anyone else found this and what do you/would you have wanted to be available? I’d like to do more than yoga but am also really aware that my body needs time to recover after birth so can’t go back to what I was doing for a little while longer but feel like there surely is some middle ground?
Not really sure what the question is 😂 but wondering if anyone feels similar? Is there anything that you really enjoy doing?
