I’ve been doing some strength training alongside running for a couple of years - mostly Caroline Girvan in the last year.
I’ve signed up to a half marathon in the spring, and aiming for a PB. So my fairly informal approach now needs to be a bit stricter, to fit in a structured half marathon plan.
As I’ll be running 3-4 times a week, I need to restrict strength training to twice/week. Can anyone recommend some good full body workouts on YouTube? About 45mins as will be doing early before work.
I love CG’s style so anything similar - she does have limited FB vids hence the ask.
