Looking for a regular toning/strength training exercise routine

I hate, hate exercise but do walk the dog for an hour a day.
I don’t need to lose weight but I’m approaching 50 and looking for a routine which will tone my arms, core, legs etc. I want to become stronger in my old age.
I don’t enjoy exercise classes so looking to do something at home (ideally, with weights).

Does anyone have a routine which you do regularly to tone up and strengthen everything?

pilates style exercises?

lots on youtube.

no equipment needed at first apart from a (yoga) mat and possibly a foam roller.

You could probably do worse than building up to several full proper press-ups

Just search YouTube ‘20 min strength workout no equipment’ and go from there.

"Bodyfit by Amy" is fun and fairly accessible for starting out. She's on YouTube and has just started a Power serives for Jan, which is weights, cardio and yoga type exercies. She mixes it up and they are only about 30 min long. She's lovely.

Caroline Girvin also on You Tube and is great. Prob a bit much for first time weight training, but worth a wee look..
