Is it quite normal for resting heart rate to differ a little ? I feel no different at all. ? Is worrying me. I get checked out yearly.

Mine goes up if I do less cardio exercise, if I am stressed or if I am ill/coming down with something. At this time of year I would not worry about that change, especially if you have had any minor lifestyle changes/stresses which would explain it. Just keep an eye.

Mine's up to the low 50s at the moment and it ties in exactly with how I've been feeling with colds and The Cough over the past 10 days.
It's normally high 40s.

Mine sways from high 50s to low 70s every month like clockwork. If it goes higher it tends to be a sign of anaemia.

Spot when I was diagnosed with anaemia 😁

What you've eaten the previous day will impact it too - lots of sugar and / or lots of sodium for example.

I get checked out yearly.

Checked out for what? Why yearly?
Our bodies are supposed to vary a bit, we're not robots.
