January exercise programme YouTube/online?

I’m looking for an online HIIT or boot camp type thing I can do in January - any recommendations? I know of good exercise YouTubers so I could just do one of those every day but I’d rather an actual programme. For example, I love the yoga with Adrienne ones and may well do that too. Any ideas of a PT who is planning to do this? I’m happy to pay to access it.

I follow Sydney Cummings on You Tube. She puts out a new programme every month - there's a good mix of strength and cardio training. She's really good at explaining how to modify/make it harder so there's something for every level.

There are also loads of playlists of older programmes too.

I like not having to "choose" a workout for the day - I just have to do what I'm told. 😂

Thanks @SaggyOldClothDog yes that’s what want too! Will take a look.

I started Team Body Project. You do a test to see what level to start at and then start a programme. I was too cheap to pay for it - the first few are free, but I liked the concept.

I've tried lots of YouTube trainers but Heather Robertson is by far my favourite. I'm currently doing her Fierce 2.0 14 day strength training (as well as a Pilates advent calendar).
I'll finish that by the new year, and then I'm planning to follow her January calendar. She uploads a new calendar to follow as a YouTube playlist every month. She also has quite a few other programs to follow, ranging from 7 days to 12 weeks.

Thank you both - will check all these out. 👍🏼

Caroline Girvan’s programmes are brutal but effective, I only use half the weight she does but can still see and feel results.
Heather Robertson is bringing out a new 12 week program starting on 2nd January.
I also love Body Project, have been a member for nearly seven years. They have loads of programmes to choose from. Their workouts tend to be easier than Caroline and Heather though.
To be honest I’m torn as to which to do in the new year but I will definitely be adding on the Yoga with Adriene January calendar

@Todayisanewday75 Caroline Girvan’s stuff looks good, which programme would you recommend first or do you just ‘dip in’ ?

Todayisanewday75 · 23/12/2022 13:18

@thenewaveragebear1983 I think I read somewhere that she says it doesn’t matter what order you do them in.
I did the beginners week first (seriously not beginners though), then the first Epic then Iron series and I’ve just finished Epic Endgame. I didn’t do her cardio workouts though (none in Iron) as I just didn’t like them. I subbed in Body Project cardio instead.

Another shout out for Heather Robertson. I’m trying to work out every other day during festivities.

I use the Jillian Michael's app, pay quarterly £33 there are lots of workout programmes some of which you can personalise depending on the equipment you have access to or areas you need to avoid ie if you have bad knees + all her DVDs + food plans too. Exercises range from yoga, kickboxing, HIIT and other things too. Its available on android and apple and I just play it through my phone I don't particularly need to see it on a big screen.

Have just seen that Heather Robertson is doing a new program starting in January. Can't wait!
