Is it safe to exercise after vaccine?

Apologies for a possibly dumb question but I imagine some athletic people here might know - can I safely weightlift this afternoon after my flu vaccine, or is it best to give it a miss today? I'm getting contradictory answers on google. Would hate to disrupt the routine for no reason but don't want to put heart under strain or something!

As long as you feel ok, it's fine 😊

Yes totally. If your arm is sore it's good to keep it moving

I worked out after my last vaccine. No problems

Few of them are getting panic about vaccine. But lots of people are doing their daily activities without getting any fear. So don't worry about your vaccine. Start your exercise with slow and simple workouts.

Sometimes the soreness if there is soreness, comes up many hours later. Go with how you feel.

flu vaccine is inactivated (unless you received the nose spray one) and you can get on with your life as usual, incl exercise) unless you feel unwell.
