Looking for recommendations

Hello! My partner has asked for clothing that'd be comfortable for him during winter morning walks as well as keep him warm. I am new here in the UK and even though it is not my first winter, I am feeling a bit clueless. does anyone have any recommendations, looking for good quality at a decent budget?

Have a look at Decathlon. They're very reasonable.

Craghopper trousers, fleece and decent goretex walking jacket eg berghaus.
Wool walking socks, bridgedale are good. Cotswold or Go Outdoors usually have a fair range.

Sealskin gloves are good - they're warm and waterproof.
A decent hat
Buffs (those tubes that go round your neck) are great and a lot less bulky than a scarf.
