Can we talk fat people problems?

Two issues this week:

  1. I'm doing couch to 5k. It was all going well until I started hitting the longer distances. Now I have chafe sores between my vulva and thighs. This didn't ever happen when I was a size 10 running much longer distances.

  2. Pilates. Theoretically, I can do child's pose and touch alternate ankles from downward dog. Practically, I only get so far and then my tummy stops me going any further.

Argh!

I sympathise. But I think its not just fat people problems! I'm a size 12 bottom, wide hips!! And I'm prone to chaffing and thrush often. There must be better exercise clothes or breathable seamless ones because I swear fitted gym clothes is to blame!

I struggle with a lot of yoga poses because of my bellly and big boobs. Sometimes I am in danger of suffocating myself!

Oh my goodness, yes! I’m still really flexible but my boobs and belly stop me bending past a certain point for fear of suffocation.

😂I haven't suffocated myself on my boobs yet but I'll look out for such opportunities.
