Just started C25K having never run before (but pretty fit). On week 2 and have already noticed more defined thigh muscles, so pretty chuffed about that.... but this evening my left knee has been clicking pretty much every time I flex it. No pain, or any sensation at all really - just a loud click.
Does anyone with more experience with me know whether this is something I need to be concerned about? Is it a sign I'm overdoing things, and likely to become painful if I don't ease off? Any tips on how to avoid damaging my knees while running?
