I’m thinking of signing up to Les Mills On Demand. I love exercising using dumbbells and have a good range of differing weights of them, but don’t own a barbell (and don’t really want to buy one due to both cost and space).
Do any of the LMOD use dumbbells? I can’t quite work it out from the class descriptions and there’s so many of them! I thought BodyPump might be my best option but think a lot of it is barbell based?
