Routine required printable

I'm looking for an easy to follow 30 -60 min exercise routine. I'm a 50 year old menopausal woman. I want to be able to print a routine out follow it . Does anyone have anything like this? I feel lost when I get to the gym and need a simple routine written down that I can follow- including weights, strength training etc. thanks!

Why don’t you ask one of the gym instructors for a routine? My gym did this for me when I first joined. They’ll be just more knowledgable and able to show you correct form etc.

I do push, pull legs and there’s loads of things on Google but luckily my sister is a PT so she does my programmes.

Hmm - what you really need is variety rather than doing the same routine every time. A PT/gym instructor should be able to set a routine for you that varies throughout the week and changes after a few weeks. As you get stronger you'll be able to lift heavier, but it's important not to try to do too much too soon as good form is paramount so you get most benefit and don't injure yourself.

A programme is what you need rather than a routine - I couldn't think of the word, but the pp has it.
