Thanks to whoever suggested the Cher step workout (can't find original thread). Just done it and it was great. Good to have a blast from the past!! Anymore old school workout recommendations greatly appreciated

I used to do Kathy Smith step videos in early 90's.Quick search, suggests not on YouTube, but you can get DVD's. She's still going!
