To improve fitness?

mine seem to be keeping heart rate low /within certain bounds.

I think it’s probably because I tend to push myself quite hard normally.

I may start doing them a couple of times a week to see if it improves my fitness. Today’s is 1 and 10 mins with hr135 which will be very slow! To improve endurance apparently!
