Swimming goggles

Does anyone have a recommendation for new goggles for an adult hobby swimmer who likes to swim laps (front crawl and breaststroke), and for a five year old fairly new to swimming lessons?

Both our existing goggles (adidas and zoggs respectively) fog like mad, so antifog that works is top of my must-have list!

My Speedo ones are ok but you do need to redo the anti-fog from time to time.

Sounds disgusting but spit/saliva really helps to prevent goggles from fogging up.

We also use Speedo, had no issues. But we had no issues with Zoggs either.

Arena Swipe for you, Arena Tracks Junior for the child. Buy some Anti Fog spray to reapply every now and then. Or use the old spit or baby shampoo methods.

Different shaped goggle’s fit different faces took me ages to find some I liked plus you can play around with nose bridge pieces to get a better fit. I like the Aqua Sphere kayene ladies ones but my kids like speedo ones. My sister likes the Swedish type with string it’s just trial & error I think. Plus rinse with plain water & yes I often lick the inside of my goggle if they are steaming up.

I like my Speedo futura bioseal, but after 6 months of regular use they need to have the defogging done again. They are a lovely fit though.

I like the barracuda ones.

Glad you started this thread OP. I had no idea you could buy anti fog spray.

There are three main types of swimming goggles: leisure/frame goggles, competition goggles, and Swedish goggles. Leisure goggles are one of the more comfortable options and are a suitable choice for beginners.

Most useful goggles is SAEKO Swimming Goggles.
Pangid Swimming Goggles.
Voroly Swimming Goggles.
