Plantar Fascitiis and exercise tips

Was recently diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and have got some great new walking trainers. My PF has really improved and little to no pain in mornings but I am still doing morning and daytime exercises for it. I can walk a lot more (did 17,500 steps on Saturday and 10,500 on a day the week before).

Would like to restart running/jogging and maybe cardio. What's best? Do I see physio before starting this again?

I am also interested to know! I have had PF since pregnancy and I am so sick of not being as fit as I was.
What trainers do you have? I am thinking about going to a specialist to get insoles made but not sure.

You need Oofos they help greatly and are designed for PF

I have some Swedish Joya ones which are for back pain/PF. Not thought about but want to get some very good trainers for running and exercise.

I've had PF since March, really struggled and only managed the cross trainer and bike (no way I could do anything high impact or even a ten minute walk on the treadmill). Pain still there when I got up off the sofa in the evening etc.

However! I've just returned from a holiday where I was walking an average of 7 miles a day and Iiterally have no pain now, it's completely vanished. I don't understand how this has happened; I was expecting to be crippled with pain.

I found squats brilliant for helping me get over PF. And they are good for running
