Back pain online resources

Hi, I am middle aged, a bit overweight, unfit and spend a lot of time sitting. I am planning to take various actions about all of that but I wanted to see if people have specific advice on one issue, my lower back pain/inflexibility. I am planning to join face to face yoga and/or Pilates, but I would also like to access resources online. I would be put off by either jumping about or young perky people in lycra shouting at me. Any good suggestions? (either yoga or other things but aimed at the older/less fit end of the spectrum).

Back pain can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include overuse such as working out or lifting too much, prolonged sitting and lying down, sleeping in an uncomfortable position or wearing a poorly fitting backpack.

So, if you want to overcome back pain problem in your life, better to following natural method is a best option. If you have mild back pain, then you can take little rest, before joining the yoga classes. Seeking doctor advice is also a good option to deal your back pain.

@theDudesmummy did you find anything? The YogaBody happy back plan is following me round insta, it seems dear but reviews are good so I am tempted. Or maybe I’ve just seen the ad so many times now I’m like Pavlov’s dog…

I’ve found doing the Les Mills Core classes on the app have helped enormously. It’s a work out for everything from shoulders to your bum.
