Workouts for a broken toe

I came back from holiday intending to really get back to my fitness programme, which had lapsed a bit over the summer. Unfortunately I’ve broken my toe and I’m finding it surprisingly restrictive.

Prior to my holiday I was running, which is obviously out, but also doing home workouts, mostly with fitness blender. Im struggling to see what I can do - no squats, lunges, planks, press ups, struggle with yoga and Pilates poses.

I googled chair workouts but they seemed to be aimed at pretty frail people - does anyone have any recommendations for anything a bit more vigorous that I can do whilst injured?

would it be ok to cycle? or a cross trainer might be ok if you can keep your feet flat on it. A lot of upper body weights exercise can be done seated or if you're ok standing up.
