If you were going to get generally fitter and healthier- drink less, exercise more, clean up your act- what apps would help along the way? Already downloaded C25, Strava and have an underused smartwatch. I know there's more to it than apps, but I like them!

Am a writer so have gradually got more sedentary and started piling on the pounds. Incidentally, my very low blood pressure is now 140/80 😱.

Not looking to become a world class athlete, just stop the rot...

I would subscribe to Les Mills at home. Loads of variety (but not so much it is hard to choose, or see progress - you can easily build a structured programme), excellent content, different length classes. Very good deals often, especially if you sign up for a year.
