Hello, does anybody have any YouTube videos or exercise programmes they can recommend to help fix diastasis recti and that do not worsen prolapse?
I am 6weeks post partum with third baby. Am doing hab www.hab-it.com/ for prolapse but want to add something effective for diastasis recti. Not mutu though, I did it post 2nd baby: the core exercise videos were great but I didn't need all the diet advice and other stuff so a lot to pay for just the core workouts!
Any recommendations gratefully received! Thank you!
