Please help I absolutely hate my thighs. Now I'm lucky to have legs that work etc but I am disgusted by them. They are fat but they also have lumpy bits and I am hoping by toning them up I can improve the appearance. Please can you recommend some kind of exercise. I joined the gym in January but it's been slow going.

Not really. My top half is ok until I get to my tummy. Bum not bad but could do with it being a bit slimmer. Lower legs fine.

It's just I've noticed even overweight women (such as myself) can still have smooth thighs. I'm worried even when I lose weight they will still be lumpy
