Motivate me!

I'm 3 months post baby. Used to be a real gym bunny and loved lifting, but after a very rough labour and recovery I just don't feel like I'm yet in the head space to go back to the gym yet.

I luckily didn't pile on much more than about a stone during pregnancy, I would like to lose a bit of weight now I've given birth, at least half a stone if not a full stone. I was very very slim after giving birth due to the stress and being quite poorly, but I've put a bit back on since feeling better (and embracing being able to drink wine again!).

Time is obviously limited with little one, but I need some motivation to get myself back in shape again. I have a horse and I'm a dressage rider, so I'm going to make myself start doing Pilates daily, I'm sure I can fit in at least 15mins per day to get some flexibility back.

I'm also making a conscious effort to eat better and not go back to my old habits of wine regularly.

Anyone care to motivate me with some simple bits of exercise I can do daily, or healthy food ideas to keep me enthusiastic?

I've got a code for 60 days free of the peloton app? Has Pilates, post natal stuff, core, strength, walks etc and you can stream it to your TV or use a tablet. Filter by difficulty, length, instructor etc
Doesn't gain me anything but I share because I love it!

That would be super, thank you!

Here you go

https://www.onepeloton.co.uk/digital/checkout/digital-gp-60d?utmsource=iosapp&utmmedium=inapp&code=d88e3a9a5a534b79be7a9c2a8e0c8372&locale=en-GB

It will ask for card details but doesn't charge you until after 60 days
