I want to motivate myself to go running after the 5.30am night feed tomorrow. I love it, It makes me feel alive and it's a time where nobody relies on me!! How can I stop the voice in my head to just go back to sleep tomorrow morning??

Have your kit ready or even sleep in it

First you need to have sufficient sleep. It means you may need to go to bed regularly at 8 / 9 pm. You may need to sacrifice a bit your social life at night.

I get up at 5am to go for a run before work three times a week. It was tough at first, but I’m in the routine now so it doesn’t feel like an option - it’s just the way it is.
Definitely get your kit ready the night before, and just get up and out of bed, then get out there. (It’s way easier said than done, I know - but you’re right about that brilliant feeling of running early with no-one else around. I love it!)

That said, I’m not going tomorrow morning - it’ll be too hot and I don’t want to exhaust myself before a horrible hot day at work. 🥵 Did you go this morning? It’s already so warm and sunny. I generally prefer an autumn/winter run in high-vis gear.

I agree, early morning exercise is wonderful, especially in this weather!
