Hi! What’s the best way to start with weights? I have 8kg kettlebell and 2 x 5 pound dumbbells. I know it’s not much but this is good to start with? Or is it too light? Also can anyone recommend any good videos, programs etc. I want to burn fat, not build muscle. Thankyou.

Have a search on YouTube. There are so many beginner routines on there you are bound to find something you enjoy doing.
A few below just for example. You won’t be building big muscles without wanting to though, so don’t worry about that.

If you are begineer, my small advice is don't compare your past weight with your current weight. Another thing, don't hurry to get a huge weight loss result, because weight loss will done in a smooth and little slow process. Now you are beginner, so please start with simple workout steps, later increase your workout time. This will surely good for your body and physical health.
