I've recently started doing kickboxing classes, and both DH and DS do martial arts as well so it may actually be worth buying a heavy punch bag for practise - it would need to be one of the outdoor bracket mounted or freestanding ones (we have space to store it indoors but not to use it indoors). Any recommendations?
