I've been looking at both these trainers on YouTube and trying to decide which programme to do. I have previously done some of sydneys workouts but never a full months programme and just quite randomly. I really like her and like how she talks all the way through and encourages you.
I have also heard a lot of good things about Caroline though but watched some of her videos and she doesn't seem to talk when doing the exercises so don't know if I will get bored?
Has anyone worked out with both and have a preference? And any recommendations for which programme to start with? I would say I am reasonably fit and used weights before and my goal is to feel healthier, gain strength and also improve cardio fitness.
