I'm a busy mum trying to get into better habits and incorporate some exercise into my life. I am SUPER unfit and need to do something about it! For various reasons it's hard for me to get outside to exercise so I'm looking for something to do at home. Any suggestions?
Requirements are:
- needs to be a routine that's 30 minutes max
- suitable for complete beginners
- focussed on cardio
- not something I'm tied into regular payments for (one-off payment is fine, free even better!)
Bonus points if it's fun because I hate exercising and need something to keep me motivated!
