Oh my word... so after my 'brisk walk' thread I decided my new goal would be to lower my 5k time with a bit of jogging. Off I went, and did the first 5k of a 9 k walk/jog in 40 mins and 58 seconds which was great. Or so I thought.
What's with this urge to pee while running 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. Mortified to say they was a bit of a, errr. dribble.
