I have tried googling but it is very confusing with so much information and I was hoping someone my have some knowledge. TIA

I wouldn't say I take them because I'm a runner (although I am currently working my way through Couch25K!) but I take the following.

Seven Seas Perfect 7 Max Women 50+
I don't know if it's helped - I've taken it for
the past 3yrs when I started HRT because who knows?!?

Minami MorEPA Original fish oils
Under the advice of my psychiatrist as 500+mg daily of EPA is good for the brain apparently.

I started to take BetterYou D3000+K2 in July 2020. I'd heard that Vit D was good protection for your immune system against Covid.... Again, who knows?
I've stopped it as I'm now prescribed Adcal-D3 for menopausal osteoporosis & don't want to OD on Vit D!

I have a good diet - get bloods checked annually as part of my medical review.
Two of my supplements are under medical recommendation & the Seven Seas is because as I keep saying Who Knows?

How are your joints? Magnesium, turmeric?

Creatine. 3-5g every day, will help with the weights and there's some evidence to say it can help with cognitive function too.

Vitamin d and fish oils if you don't eat enough oily fish (I don't).

vit d3 & magnesium possibly a protein shake.

if you eat a varied diet you are unlikely to become deficient in most nutrients.

I'm 52, I run and lift weights. I take vits D3, B, B12 and E, collagen, calcium and magnesium. Not entirely sure if they make a massive difference but I figure they can't hurt! I get them all from My Protein who always have a sale of some kind
